  • Conducting DDBRIX workshops (7-16 participants)
  • Formally training Planners (initial users) in DDMRP
  • Training planners in the use of B2WISE

STEP THREE: GET IT RIGHT!


B2WISE experts and data scientists will assist in fine-tuning the model and resolving any blocking issues.

Depending on scope, this phase may last between one and three months. We hold daily continuous improvement meetings to capture and resolve issues promptly.
